SHIPPING FROM THE LONDON LEATHER WORKSHOP TO THE CLIENT’S ADDRESS
COLLECTIONS FROM THE STUDIO:
You are welcome to come and collect from our studio in person or arrange the collection through a courier or Royal Mail.
Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange collections on behalf of our customers.
COURIER COLLECTIONS: Our studio is not directly accessible from the street and we need the courier or collecting person to call us to be let in. For this reason, please only select couriers that would be able to call us and please give them our contact numbers: 07462935473 and 07428374902.
A 24h security guard onsite at the entrance can help the driver reach our studio in UNIT 8. When possible, please advise the courier to speak with the guard. Most couriers will provide you with an arrival time slot; please ensure to share it with us.
ROYAL MAIL COLLECTIONS: Royal Mail can collect small parcels from our site security hub. Before arranging a Royal Mail collection, please check with us whether your parcel conforms to the size limit.
In the event of a collection not being completed, you will need to rearrange it.
PARCEL DROP-OFF SERVICE
If you prefer, we are happy to drop off your parcel at selected shipping drop-off points.
We request our clients book the service by choosing one of the options listed below (limitations due to size or weight restrictions apply).
Once the service is booked, we will leave the parcel at the selected location.

EVRI DROP-OFF SERVICE: PRINT-IN STORE
We will provide you with the parcel weight and you will arrange the service through the Evri website (https://www.evri.com/send).
Please remember to select the following options:
– SIZE: Standard Parcel
– DROP OFF OR COLLECTION: ParcelShop or Locker drop off
Once you have booked, please forward us the confirmation email containing the parcel barcode.
We will then take your parcel to our local drop-off point.

This is always a tracked service.
ROYAL MAIL SMALL PARCELS (PARCEL POST BOX ONLY)
Please note that there are size limitations with this service (max 2kg and 44cm x 35cm x 16cm).
We won’t be able to ship larger items through this service.
We will provide you with the parcel weight and size and you will arrange the service through the Royal Mail website ( https://send.royalmail.com/).
When booking, please select the LETTER, LARGE LETTER or SMALL PARCEL option according to the size/weight provided.
You can select your preferred shipping method EXCEPT for ‘Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm’.
Please note that through the Parcel Post Box we won’t be able to provide proof of postage and we suggest always selecting a tracked service.
DELIVERIES TO THE LONDON LEATHER WORKSHOP
ROYAL MAIL DELIVERIES TO THE LONDON LEATHER WORKSHOP
When possible, we recommend using Royal Mail for small parcel deliveries to our studio because if we are not in, the item will be directly stored in a safe onsite post room.
COURIERS DELIVERIES TO THE LONDON LEATHER WORKSHOP
If you are arranging a courier delivery to our studio, please remember that our working times are not regular and we are not at the studio all the time.
Please let us know what day and time the delivery is due with a minimum of 24 hours notice to arrange for someone to receive it.
Our studio is not directly accessible from the street and we need the courier or delivery person to call us to be let in.

Suppose we are not in when the courier or delivery person comes, or the courier does not call us on arrival and declares to have attempted the delivery without doing so, you will need to rearrange it.

We always make sure that the courier/delivery person has access to our contact details by having a huge, unmissable sign at the entrance. This unfortunately does not necessarily mean that the person will attempt the delivery or try to reach us.
In case of missed or delayed deliveries and collections, we are unable to assist in any problems you might have with the shipping company and therefore we would gently ask our customers to deal with the carrier directly.
Please note that once the parcel is dropped off we are unable to assist you with any issue related to the service and you will need to contact the carrier directly.
LEATHER ONLINE ORDERS
Your order will be ready for dispatch in 2-3 working days and shipped with a standard tracked delivery (3-5 working days).
We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the carrier.
LEATHER RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you are happy with your purchase from The London Leather Workshop.
If you would like to return the good(s) for a full refund, please get in touch with us in writing within 14 days from receipt. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot grant you a refund.
The refund will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of the return of the good(s), provided they are in their original condition and packaging and are received within 21 days from your written return communication.
If the goods are damaged or arrive later than 21 days from your written return communication, we will not be able to issue the refund.
