Shipping, Deliveries & Collections

Important Information

Please note that we are unable to arrange shipping or courier collections on behalf of our clients.
You can choose one of the following options:
• Collect your parcel from our studio in person.
• Book our parcel drop off service.
• Arrange a courier or Royal Mail collection from our studio.

Parcel collection

You are welcome to collect your parcel in person or arrange a courier or Royal Mail collection.

Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Parcel drop-off service

If you are unable to arrange a collection from the studio, we can drop your parcel off at a selected shipping point.
This service is available with:
• Royal Mail, for eligible small parcels.
• Evri.
You are responsible for booking and paying for the shipping service.
Once you have booked your shipment, please email us the printable shipping label.
Please note that once the parcel has been dropped off, responsibility for the shipment passes to the courier. Any delays, lost parcels or delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping provider.

EVRI parcel shop drop-off

We will provide the parcel weight, and you can book a tracked Evri shipment via the Evri website using (please select Standard parcel size and ParcelShop drop-off option).
Once booked, send us the printable label via email. This is a tracked service.
We will then drop the parcel at our local Evri drop-off point: Lancey’s Convenience Store, 25 Lancey Close, SE7 8DN.

ROYAL MAIL post box drop-off

This service is available for small parcels up to 2kg and 44 × 35 × 16 cm.
We will provide the parcel size and weight, and you can book shipping via the Royal Mail website.
Once booked, send us the printable label via email.
Tracked services are recommended, as proof of postage cannot be provided through the Parcel Post Box.
Please do not select “Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1 pm.

DELIVERIES TO THE LONDON LEATHER WORKSHOP

If you are sending materials or parcels to us, deliveries can be made during our opening hours.
