We are a handbag and accessory manufacturer based in SE London with 20 years of experience in the fashion and accessory industry.
We can assist you with sampling and manufacturing of fashion accessories (handbags, rucksacks, purses, wallets, etc), pet accessories (collars, leads harnesses, etc), selected garments and soft furnishings (cushions, etc).
Whether dealing with start-ups or established brands, we work closely with all of our clients to ensure transparent and straightforward communication and give each customer a completely customised service.
All of our services are carried out in our London studio, but we can also assist you remotely.

We work with a vaste range of materials: leather, syntethic vegan leather ( PU, PVC, etc), plant-based vegan leather (cork leather, apple leather, cactus leather, etc), next generation materials and most types of fabric.

WHAT IS SAMPLING/PROTOTYPING?
Sampling is the process of creating a one-off sample of a product to test the design, materials, proportions, construction, and functionality.
It provides an opportunity to make any necessary amendments to the design to ensure a smooth and cost-effective production run.
HOW DOES THE SAMPLING SERVICE WORK?
Depending on the project’s complexity, we may begin by creating an initial basic mock-up. This mock-up is a simplified, unrefined version of the product that offers a first look at its overall proportions and viability.
Once the mock-up has been reviewed, we proceed with creating the sample (also called a prototype), which includes all intended features and design details.
Throughout the process, we ensure transparent and direct communication, keeping you updated on progress.
At the end of each stage, we schedule a meeting to review the work and plan the next steps together.
Once the sample is ready, you can arrange for its collection.
WHAT ARE THE SAMPLING COSTS?
We can only estimate the time required and cost of your project once all aspects of the design have been clarified.
Typical price range for sampling:
£250 – £3,000+
(Lower for simpler small goods; higher for large more complex pieces)
WHAT IS YOUR LEAD TIME FOR SAMPLING?
Once the design has been finalised and we have received all materials and the deposit, the sample is typically completed within 3–6 weeks, depending on our workload at the time of commission.
We will confirm the estimated completion date once all design details are agreed upon and materials are received.
We always do our best to accommodate deadlines, please inform us of any specific timelines when enquiring.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT TERMS?
A 50% deposit is required in advance for us to commit to any work. Payments can be made at our studio or via bank transfer.
The remaining balance is due before or on the day of collection.

HOW DOES THE MANUFACTURING SERVICE WORK?
Once the sample we have created has been reviewed and approved, we can calculate the unit cost and proceed with the production of your design or collection at different scales, using the manufacturing system best suited to your project.
Whether production takes place in our London studio or through our trusted manufacturing partners, we will recommend the most appropriate solution based on your quantities, budget, product complexity and quality requirements.
We can also assist with calculating the quantities of materials required and prepare a detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for each design before manufacturing begins.
WHAT IS YOUR MOQ?
For our accessory and bag manufacturing service, we require a very low minimum order for production (5 pieces per style, size and colour).
HOW MANY UNITS CAN YOU PRODUCE?
Depending on whether we produce your project in our London studio or through one of our trusted partner factories in Italy, we can manufacture from as little as 5 pieces per style, colour, and material, up to thousands of units.
