SOURCING OUR SUSTAINABLE ITALIAN LEATHER

Our sustainable Italian leather hides and skins are sourced from luxury brands’ end-of-season surplus and come from the best Italian tanneries of the historical leather district in Tuscany.

Leather goods manufacturers do not always manage to use all the materials they purchase for production and at the end of each season, they usually find themselves with a considerable amount of surplus leather. These can sometimes be considered second-grade leathers due to natural blemishes, cuts or marks, however, it is still premium leather that makes for perfect fir st-grade products.

We skilfully choose from these leathers in person during our trips to Italy and bring these valuable rescued materials to our customers in the UK.

In the last year only, we rescued over 1200 kg of leather from prototyping and manufacturing leftovers of top Italian and international brands.
